ADB is seeking corporate services to provide program management

Regional cooperation in agriculture in the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) is guided by the Core Agriculture Support Program (CASP) implemented by the GMS Working Group on Agriculture and supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Nordic Development Funds and other development partners. The first phase of CASP was implemented in 2006-2010. The second phase is now being implemented and builds upon the gains of the first phase of CASP to address emerging challenges to agricultural development, specifically those linked to expanding cross-border trade in agri-food products, climate change adaptation, and food and bioenergy security.

ADB is now seeking corporate services to provide program management for the CASP through to December 2017. The consultant will be responsible for the overall program management and work plan delivery of CASP, including the development and delivery of annual work plans within agreed budgets and timelines.
