Objectives
The programme objective is to facilitate realization of small and medium sized climate change projects focused on energy efficiency and renewable energy, through a partial risk-sharing facility with a possibility to provide partial guarantees, and loans/subordinated loans, and related TA expenditures.
Financing
IDB will be the implementing agency of the facility. Total programme financing amounts to EUR 8.0 million. Projects will be identified through NDF’s and IDB's normal procedures and contacts.
